At Welders Market, we are committed to providing high-quality welding equipment, accessories, and parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund policy.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Any electrical components, special order items, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or modification are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@weldersmarket.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is processed.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • If the returned item does not meet our eligibility requirements, it may be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item following our return process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@weldersmarket.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, especially for bulk orders or special-order items. This will be communicated at the time of return approval.
